General background: My working experience as an aid worker was started in Botswana in Africa as a program officer for HIV/AIDS prevention and control program. The experience was all begin and had me decided to continue working for global issues. My career was continued as working for Ministry of Education in Jamaica as Japan Overseas Volunteer sent by the Government. I got a great opportunity of working for education program based on life skill for children. I am now working for JICA; Japan International Cooperation Agency which is the government organization implementing ODA. I am really enjoying my self in the Health Human Resources and Infectious disease control group which run a wide range of development projects all over the world to secure people’s health as a concept of Human security.
In my future, I would like to concentrate on working for vulnerable people; refugees, women, children and orphans in post-conflict nations to secure their basic needs and human dignity. I am really looking forward to studying together with people who have different backgrounds from all over the world.
