Areas of interest : Having an economic background and being involved in work for peace building, human security and reconciliation Tatiana's special interest lies in the area of intersection of peace building and economics, and precisely she would like to explore and research the effect of the micro economic processes on peace building in the region, discover ways to address issues in developing countries though developing sustainable relationships between “weak” and “powerful”, to enable new theory of peace engage in the process of responsible management and economic growth.

Background : Tatiana's  academic and professional experience has been tied to her personal life in a quest for building peace and searching for answers to injustice, violence and corruption. Since 2003 I she has been associated in different capacities with an organization working in the field of reconciliation, peace building and human security worldwide: from running NGO with other students in early 2000 in Russia and taking responsibility for the issues they faced as students in a newly formed democratic society, to traveling as a participant of international leadership training program in South East Asia in 2005-2006 and learning respect differences and opening her heart to developing world, to working in a corporate sector and understanding how principles of transparency and value based economic development is as needed in the business world as it is within the development sector, to coordinating leadership-training program in 2008-2009 which took her back to South East Asia and being financial manager of the program at the time of crises that strengthened Tania's conviction that integrity is critical in financial issues, to living in Europe and searching for answers to injustice, corruption, racism and trying to build bridges between generations, communities and countries across Europe.
